Good & Rooted classes are held outdoors, in all seasons! We meet in a privately owned park, located in the Harrisburg/Marysville Area.

2024/2025 Schedule

  • Thursdays | 10:00-11:15 | $95/session

    This is a caregiver & child class that is open to families with children of all ages. Classes run in 6-week sessions, seasonally.

    Fall Session Dates: September 26th - October 31st

    Through stories, songs, and playful invitations children will cultivate gross and fine motor skills, early literacy foundations, and social-emotional skills.

    They'll also get hands-on experience with outdoor tools such as binoculars, magnifying glasses, buckets, and tweezers to explore our outdoor classroom.

    Siblings under 2 enroll FREE.

  • Fridays | 9:30 - 2:30 | $105 - $175/mo

    Our Homeschool Enrichment program runs in 10-week sessions from September through May. This is a drop-off class, no parent participation is required.

    Through the study of nature topics, we design cross-curricular lessons that invite children to explore language arts, science, geography, art, poetry, history, and STEM concepts.

    Emphasis is also placed on cultivating social-emotional growth and learning how to be kind, inclusive, and respectful members of a community.

    Extended Day Option

    Class will run from 9:30 - 12:30, but you may opt to extend the day and pick up at 2:30.

    Children will be placed in mixed-age learning groups based on enrollment.

    Are public schools closed? Our outdoor classroom is open! Drop your child off for a day of outdoor exploration and hands-on learning.

    Open to public schoolers + homeschoolers on the following Mondays: October 14th, January 20th, February 17th, April 21st
